John Witchel
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Witchel has more than ten years of experience building successful companies. Most recently, Mr. Witchel served as managing partner with USWeb/CKS (USWB), owning fiduciary responsibility for the New York, San Francisco, San Diego and Orange County offices. Prior to USWeb, J. Witchel was the president of XCom Corporation, a pioneering Web company that provided pure-play professional services. Mr. Witchel sold XCom to USWeb in 1997, making it the first USWeb acquisition. Prior to XCom, Mr. Witchel was a senior project manager with Hewlett Packard, and an analyst with Integrated Project Systems.
Mr. Witchel serves on the board of directors for Rainmaker Capital Group, a M&A consulting firm, and the Center for Electronic Arts, both in San Francisco. In addition, he serves on the Board of Advisors for 1stUp.com, I-Impact, Hummingbird Investments LLC, and previously the Connect Group, which was sold to LodgeNet (LNET) in 1998.
Mr. Witchel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University, is a NCAA Champion and former American record holder in swimming. Following graduation, Mr. Witchel published a book on swimming, entitled, “Master Performance.”

Ariel Kleckner
Founder and President
Ms. Kleckner brings extensive Internet experience to the management team. Prior to co-founding Red Gorilla, Ms. Kleckner served as engagement manager for USWeb/CKS Application Development Group, an organization of over 400 consultants world-wide, generating over $100M in revenue. In this capacity, Ms. Kleckner managed the design, development and implementation of large-scale, e- commerce Web sites. Her team of engineers and designers led USWeb to their first ever 100M quarter.
Prior to USWeb, Ms. Kleckner served as director of product development at Now What Software, a multimedia company specializing in educational software for science curricula.
Ms. Kleckner received a Masters of Science degree in Geochemistry from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ms. Kleckner sits on the Board of Advisors of Secret Agent Software.
She is an avid runner, participating in several marathons annually. Ms. Kleckner founded the Youth Enterprises and Arts Incubator Program (YEA), a mentoring program for at-risk youth, in San Francisco.

Wade Randlett
Founder, Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Randlett has been a highly visible national public affairs strategist for many years. Prior to joining Red Gorilla, Mr. Randlett co-founded Technology Network (TechNet), Silicon Valley’s bi-partisan political action group co-chaired by John Doerr, partner of Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers, and Jim Barksdale, former CEO of Netscape Communications. At TechNet, Mr. Randlett served as political director, responsible for strategy and execution of TechNet’s federal and state agenda. Mr. Randlett negotiated with the White House and Congress over issues including securities litigation, H1-B Visa expansion, and FASB stock option treatment.
During his 12 years in public affairs, Mr. Randlett organized events and meetings between hundreds of technology executives and elected officials including President Bill Clinton, Vice President Al Gore, Governor Gray Davis, Senator Dianne Feinstein, Senator Barbara Boxer, as well as many others. Mr. Randlett created the "Gore-Tech" series of meetings between Vice President Gore and technology executives from around the country. Prior to TechNet, Mr. Randlett worked on a variety of state and national campaigns while based in California.
Mr. Randlett sits on the Board of Directors of publicly traded E-Loan, Inc. (EELN), the world’s largest on-line provider of home mortgages and auto loans. He was E-Loan’s first outside Board member.
Mr. Randlett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Princeton University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco.

Todd Fulton
Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Fulton has an extensive background architecting commercial Web sites. Most recently, Mr. Fulton served as USWeb/CKS’s director of business systems. During his tenure at USWeb/CKS, Mr. Fulton headed USWeb/CKS’s content management group.
Prior to USWeb/CKS, Mr. Fulton served as director of production for Digital Planet. While at Digital Planet Todd oversaw the company’s application development group. His clients included Intel, Sybase, the US Postal Service, Universal Pictures and Columbia-Tri-Star.
Mr. Fulton received his BS from the University of California at Los Angeles and his MBA from the University of Southern California.

Mark Creasy
Founder, Vice President, On line Marketing
Mr. Creasy has an extensive background in marketing, brand management and business development. Most recently Mr. Creasy served as engagement manager for USWeb/CKS’ Audience Development and Customer Relationship Management groups. Mr. Creasy managed a team of dedicated marketers to define and execute all aspects of a client’s strategic online and related offline marketing initiatives, including several successful IPOs. His team’s credits include: Ask Jeeves (ASKJ), drkoop.com (KOOP), MyPoints.com (MYPT) and Talk city (TCTY). Prior to USWEB/CKS, Mr. Creasy worked for the British Council in the Pacific Rim when he was responsible for relationships with a number of key trade partners including Samsung, Bank of Korea and Hyundai.
Educated in the UK, Mr. Creasy holds a BA, with Honors, in History from Nottingham University. Later, Mr.Creasy continued his professional studies through Cambridge University and The Royal Society of Arts in London.
