Account Managers
Responsibilities:
These individuals will work with partner companies to facilitate partner activities;
be the initial point of contact and act as the internal client advocate;
be the liaison between the partner companies and technical support;
to identify and resolve potential partner problems and/or conflicts;
and be proactive and partner focused. The Account Managers will monitor
the performance of our external relationships as well as prepare and present
detailed reports and assessments on the partnership activities.
Qualifications:
2 -3 years of account management or sales experience.
Knowledge in online strategic partnerships as well as with relationship management.
Experience in marketing and business development.
Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
