Q.
How can more than one person use the same account?
A.
Easily. An account begins with one user, but additional users can be added at any time. Each user is assigned one of three account access levels: Employee, Manager or Super User. Account users can enter their time and expenses from different locations via Web browser, cell phone or Palm and all the information will be updated under one account. The Super User can access all levels of the account and view reports and issue invoices based on up-to-the-minute data. Managers and employees have more limited access, however, permissions are also fully customizable.
